摘要
高职院校教师队伍建设是保障高等职业教育质量的第一要素。以教育部等发布的关于职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设有关文件精神为依据,以皖北卫生职业学院兼职教师聘用现状为例,梳理出兼职教师聘用中存在的问题:渠道不畅,招聘困难;教法欠缺,能力不足;督导跟不上,效果不明显;管理不科学,地位边缘化等,并提出了建立规范的兼职教师聘请制度、优化兼职教师管理机制以及健全兼职教师保障机制等解决兼职教师聘用问题的对策,为卫生职业院校兼职教师的聘用,以及兼职教师队伍建设提供参考。
The construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges is the first factor to guarantee the quality of higher vocational education.Based on the spirit of the documents on the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges published by the ministry of education and other relevant departments,this paper takes the employment status of part-time teachers in north anhui health vocational college as an example to sort out the problems in the employment of part-time teachers:poor channels and recruitment difficulties;Lack of teaching method,lack of ability;Supervision can not keep up,the effect is not obvious;The management is not scientific,the status is marginalized,and so on,and puts forward the establishment of a standardized part-time teacher recruitment system,the optimization of part-time teacher management mechanism and the improvement of part-time teacher security mechanism to solve the problem of part-time teacher employment,which provides a reference for the employment of part-time teachers in health vocational colleges and the construction of part-time teachers.
