高职院校经济法基础课程教学困境与对策

Research on Teaching Dilemma and Countermeasure of Foundation Course of Economic Law in Higher Vocational Colleges

经济法基础课程是高职院校财经商贸类专业的必修专业基础课程之一,它对学生的专业综合素养和法律基础知识水平的提升发挥着重要作用。但是目前不少高职院校的经济法基础课程教学出现一些困境,具体表现为教学环境与教学效果的改善存在难度、理论教学与实践教学的协调性和系统性不强、教学方法存在一定的改进空间、教学评价活动和教学目标的联系不够紧密等。基于此,高职院校的经济法基础课程教师需要探索改进经济法基础课程教学的对策,解决以往教学过程中的问题。

“Foundation of economic law”is an important part of the curriculum system of higher vocational finance and business majors,as well as the basic courses of finance and economics majors.However,some“economic law foundation”teaching status quo of higher vocational schools is not optimistic which concrete by the teaching environment and teaching effect to improve the difficulty,the coordination of theory teaching and practice teaching less systematic,the improvement of teaching methods in a certain degree,teaching target and teaching evaluation activity contact remained loose and so on up to now.Based on this research,lecturers of higher vocational schools need to accelerate to explore scientific countermeasures of perfecting the teaching course of the economic law basis,meanwhile to solve the main weak links that exist in the teaching process completely.In order to continue to improve the teaching effect and teaching quality of the journal economic law basis,to ensure higher vocational colleges to cultivate more excellent talents for economic society ultimately.
