文中针对海上电磁环境监测现状及形势需求,结合海上无线电管理职责,通过介绍电磁环境监测的重要作用,提出了开展海上电磁环境监测建设的必要性。

Given the current situation of marine electromagnetic environment monitoring,the demand for the monitoring,and the responsibilities of marine radio management,this paper describes the important role of electromagnetic environment monitoring and proposes the necessity of developing marine electromagnetic environment monitoring.
