文中以液货船货物蒸汽回收系统设计和使用中的安全问题为关注点,将我国国内安全标准与国际上主要的两大船舶货物蒸汽回收系统安全设计标准体系进行比较,就提高我国船舶货物蒸汽回收作业安全水平提出了相关建议。

The paper focuses on the safety issues on design and operation of the cargo vapor collection system of tankers,comparing the domestic standards with the standards of International Maritime Orgnization and United States,aiming at improving the safety of vapor collection operation for ship cargoin China.
