摘要
顺铂(CDDP)是临床常用化疗药物,急性肾损伤(AKI)是CDDP治疗的严重并发症。临床实施CDDP抗癌限制肾毒性方案有赖于对CDDP诱导AKI(CDDP⁃AKI)病理生理学认知,CDDP⁃AKI啮齿类动物模型还原了临床AKI特征。本文综述了目前啮齿类AKI动物模型临床前使用,基础研究领域表型新进展,损伤与治疗;为深入理解CDDP⁃AKI的分子病理生理学奠定基础,为临床转化研究提供理论依据。
Cisplatin(CDDP)is a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug in clinic,and acute kidney injury(AKI)is a serious complication of CDDP treatment.The clinical implementation of CDDP anticancer anti⁃nephrotoxicity regimen depends on the recognition of CDDP⁃induced AKI(CDDP⁃AKI)pathophysiology.The CDDP⁃AKI rodent model restores the characteristics of clinical AKI.In this article the current preclinical use of rodent AKI animal models,new advances in phenotypes in basic research,injury and treatment were reviewed.It lays the foundation for scholars to deeply understand the molecular pathophysiology of CDDP⁃AKI and provides a theoretical basis for clinical translation research.
