摘要 电磁炮是利用电磁发射技术的新概念动能武器。针对现阶段火药发射的局限性以及现有电磁炮的自动性、可控性不够完善等问题,研究了一种基于图像处理的模拟电磁炮自动打靶系统。该系统通过OpenMV图像识别定位具有颜色特征的靶标,舵机云台增加系统的自由度;采用激光雷达传感器测量电磁炮炮筒与目标靶的距离,通过预先拟合好的距离与充电电压的关系曲线确定电容充电电压;超级电容储能,放电时产生电磁力将弹丸射出,进而完成电磁炮自动打靶功能。实验结果显示,在摄像头视野范围和电磁炮射程范围内,通过图像处理技术该模拟电磁炮自动打靶系统可以准确击中目标环形靶,整个过程实时性高且耗时短。实现了电磁炮的高度自动性,增强了电磁炮发射的目的性,为未来电磁炮的深远发展提供了一种可能。 The electromagnetic gun is a new concept kinetic energy weapon using electromagnetic launch technology.Aiming at the limitation of gunpowder launching and the imperfection of the automaticity and controllability of electromagnetic gun,an automatic target shooting system based on image processing is studied.The system uses OpenMV image recognition to locate the target with color characteristics,and the steering engine platform increases the freedom of the system.The lidar sensor is used to measure the distance between the electromagnetic gun barrel and the target,and the charging voltage of the capacitance is determined by the curve between the distance and the charging voltage that is fitted in advance.Super capacitor energy storage,discharge when the electromagnetic force will be shot out of the projectile,and then complete the electromagnetic gun automatic shooting function.The experiment shows that in the camera field of view and the range of the electromagnetic gun,the simulated electromagnetic gun automatic shooting system can accurately hit the target ring target through image processing technology,and the whole process has high real-time and short time.It realizes the high automaticity of electromagnetic gun,enhances the purpose of electromagnetic gun launching,and provides a possibility for the far-reaching development of electromagnetic gun in the future.
