高职院校教师科研认同现状的调查研究

摘要 调查发现,高职院校教师科研认同的整体水平一般。其中,高职院校教师科研认同的整体水平在性别、年龄、职称、职务、学校性质与级别等方面差异不显著,但单项得分呈现一定差异;学历与教师科研认同的程度呈正相关;人文社会科学背景教师的科研认同程度高于自然科学背景的教师;不同教龄的教师在科研认知、科研行为两个单项维度上的认同程度呈现显著差异。可以通过提高对高职院校教师科研认同的关注、增强教师软实力、优化教师队伍结构、制定分层分类设计科研制度、借鉴学习高水平院校的先进理念等途径提高高职院校教师的科研认同水平。 Scientific research identity is the cognitive basis for teachers in higher vocational colleges to carry out scientific research.The survey found that the overall level of teachers'scientific research identity in higher vocational colleges is general.Among them,the overall level of teachers'scientific research identity in higher vocational colleges has no significant difference in gender,age,professional title,position,college nature and level,but there are some differences in individual scores;the degree of academic background is positively correlated with the degree of teachers'scientific research identity;the degree of scientific research identity of teachers with humanities and social sciences background is higher than that of teachers with natural science background.There are significant differences in the recognition of scientific research cognition and scientific research behavior among teachers of different teaching years.We can improve the level of teachers'scientific research identity in higher vocational colleges by raising the attention to teachers'scientific research identity,enhancing teachers'soft power,optimizing the structure of teachers'team,formulating hierarchical and classified design of scientific research system,and learning from the advanced ideas of high-level colleges.
