以巴西这一在世界技能大赛中持续取得较好成绩的国家为对象,通过研究和分析其职业技能竞赛层级、职业技术教育与培训的机构和体系及其相互之间的内在支撑互动,挖掘其持续取得较好成绩背后的原因及内在规律,希望为我国的职业技能竞赛开展和相关职业技术教育与培训工作提供参考。

This paper takes Brazil,a country which has made good achievements in the WorldSkills Competition,as an example,through the research and analysis of its vocational skills competition level,vocational and technical education and training institutions and systems,as well as the internal support and interaction among them,to explore the reasons and internal laws behind its continuous good performance,hoping to provide reference for China to carry out vocational skills competition and vocational and Technical Vocational Education and Training.
