摘要
新时代下职业教育提出的“1+X”证书制度,丰富了中职“双师型”教师的内涵。以中职学校建筑专业为例,结合“双师型”教师的整体素质提升的外求与内需,调研、分析并总结出“1+X”证书背景下中职建筑专业“双师型”教师教学能力提升的策略。
The"1+X"certificate system proposed by vocational education in the new era has enriched the connotation of"double-qualified"teachers in secondary vocational schools.Taking the architecture major of secondary vocational school as an example,combined with the background of the overall quality improvement of"double-qualified"teachers,this paper investigated,analyzed and summarized the strategies for improving the teaching ability of"double-qualified"teachers of architecture major in secondary vocational school under the background of"1+X"certification.
