不同青贮方式全株玉米日粮对育肥期杜泊绵羊消化代谢、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵的影响 被引量:4

Effects of different whole corn silage diets on digestive metabolism,serum biochemistry and rumen fermentation of fattening Dorper sheep

摘要 选取体质量(22±2.5)kg健康状况良好的断奶杜泊绵羊48只,随机分为3组,每组16只平分4个重复,每组分别饲喂不添加青贮饲料的全混合日粮(对照组)、添加30%窖全株玉米的全混合日粮(窖贮组)和添加30%伸拉膜裹包青贮全株玉米全混合日粮(伸拉膜组)。预试期10 d,正试期90 d。结果显示,窖贮组和伸拉膜组干物质(DM)摄入量显著低于对照组,CP、NDF和ADF摄入量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而窖贮组NDF摄入量显著高于伸拉膜组(P<0.05),其他成分2组之间相差不明显(P>0.05);伸拉膜组NAD显著高于对照组和窖贮组(P<0.05),而伸拉膜组NUR分别比对照组、窖贮组提高了8.28%和41.23%(P<0.05);伸拉膜组和窖贮组IE、UE显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但能量利用率显著高于对照组,分别提高了2.24%和1.83%(P<0.05);窖贮组和伸拉膜组GLU、TP、GLB和TG均显著低于对照组,ALT和AST显著高于对照组(P<0.05);窖贮和伸拉膜组试验羊瘤胃pH、丙酸、丁酸和氨态氮浓度无显著性差异(P>0.05),乙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸(T-VFA)浓度显著升高(P<0.05);窖贮组和伸拉膜2组之间能量、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵相关指标差异均不明显(P>0.05)。结果表明,饲喂全株玉米青贮日粮有利于育肥期杜泊绵羊营养物质的消化、吸收和利用,伸拉膜裹包青贮与窖贮全株玉米均适用于饲喂育肥期杜泊绵羊。 In the experiment,48 Dorper sheep with similar body weight(22±2.5)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 sheep per replicate.Feeding consisted of no whole corn silage diets(control group),with 30%silage cellar whole plant corn(cellar group)and 30%extensional membrane silage whole plant corn(extensional membrane group).The results shown that in the sheep feeding cellar storage and extensional membrane silage whole corn diets,dry matter(DM)intake was significantly lower than control group.Crude protein(CP),NDF and ADF intake were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).In cellar and extensional membrane group,the dietary IN,DN,RN,nitrogen digestibility(NAD)and utilization ratio(NUR)were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The total intake energy(IE),urine energy(UE),and digestible energy(DE)were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),but the energy utilization ratio was significantly higher than control group,which increased by 2.24%and 1.83%respectively.Compared to the control group,glucose(GLU),total protein(TP),globulin(GLB)and total glyceride(TG)of in cellar and extensional membrane group(P<0.05)decreased significantly.The alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and glutamate aminotransferase(AST)were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The rumen pH of cellar and extensional membrane group was significantly lower than control group,and the concentration of acetic acid and total volatile fatty acids(T-VFA)was significantly increased.Feeding whole corn silage diet is beneficial to improve the digestion and absorption of whole plant silage corn mixed dietary nutrients of fattening Dorper sheep.Both cellar whole plant corn and extensional membrane whole plant corn are suitable for feeding fattening Dorper sheep.
