摘要
选择600只健康的1日龄AA商品肉仔鸡,随机分成6个处理,每个处理5个重复。处理1为无机微量元素处理(IE-100),饲粮用无机微量元素预混剂(CuSO4·5H2O,ZnSO4·H2O,MnSO4·H2O,FeSO4·H2O,KIO3,Na2SeO3)形式补充铜、锌、锰、铁、碘和硒,添加量分别为8.0,70.0,90.0,50.0,0.5,0.3 mg/kg;处理2、处理3、处理4和处理5为有机复合微量元素处理,饲粮用寡二糖螯合微量元素预混剂(寡二糖螯合铜、锌、锰和铁;KIO3和Na2SeO3)形式补充,元素水平分别为处理1的100%(OE-100)、75%(OE-75)、50%(OE-50)和25%(OE-25);处理6为不添加微量元素(OE-0)。试验分2个阶段(1~21 d和22~42 d),21 d和42 d进行测体质量和屠宰试验,测定生产性能、微量元素含量和抗氧化性能。结果显示:(1)与IE-100相比,OE-100显著提高(P<0.05)肉鸡的ADG(1~42 d)、血液和肝脏铁(21 d)、血清和肝脏Cu-Zn SOD(42 d)活性,肝脏MDA(42 d)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)与OE-0相比,OE-75肉鸡的ADG(22~42 d和1~42 d)显著提高(P<0.05),F/G(22~42 d和1~42 d)显著降低(P<0.05);IE-100、OE-100、OE-75、OE-50和OE-25显著提高(P<0.05)肉鸡血液和肝脏铁(21 d)、锌和铜(42 d);IE-100、OE-100、OE-75和OE-50血清和肝脏Cu-Zn SOD和GSH-Px(21 d和42 d)的活性显著升高(P<0.05),MDA(42 d)的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)随着寡二糖鳌合微量元素预混剂水平的降低,肉鸡ADG(1~21,1~42,22~42 d)、血液微量元素[铁(21 d)、锌(21 d和42 d)、铜(21 d和42 d)和锰(42 d)]、肝脏微量元素[铁和锌(21 d和42 d)、铜和锰(42 d)]、血清和肝脏Cu-Zn SOD和GSH-Px的活性(21 d和42 d)均呈一次和二次线性降低(P<0.05),而F/G(22~42 d和1~42 d)、血清(21 d和42 d)和肝脏(42 d)MDA含量则呈一次和二次线性升高(P<0.05)。结果表明:寡二糖螯合微量元素能改善肉鸡生产性能、元素(铜、锌、锰和铁)在血清和肝脏中储备和抗氧化性能,且血清和肝脏抗氧化性能的最适宜水平分别为25%,50%,75%,与无机微量元素综合性能相当的水平为50%~75%。
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of different oligosaccharide-chelated trace elements level on growth performance,trace element content and antioxidant properties in blood and liver of broilers.600 healthy one-day-old AA commercial broilers were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 5 replicates for each treatment.Treatment 1 was inorganic trace elements(IE-100).The inorganic trace elements premix(CuSO4·5 H2 O,ZnSO4·H2 O,MnSO4·H2 O,FeSO4·H2 O,KIO3,Na2 SeO3)was used to supplement copper,zinc,manganese,iron,iodine and selenium with the content of 8.0,70.0,90.0,50.0,0.5 and 0.3 mg/kg in the IE-100,respectively.Treatment 2,3,4 and 5 were organic composite trace elements,and the diets were IE-100 in which inorganic trace elements were replaced by oligosaccharide chelated trace element premix(oligosaccharide chelated Cu,Zn,Mn and Fe,KIO3 and Na2 SeO3)at the level of 100%(OE-100),75%(OE-75),50%(OE-50)and 25%(OE-25),respectively.Treatment 6 was no additional trace elements(OE-0).The experiment was divided to two stages(1-21 dand 22-42 d).Weighing and slaughter experiments were conducted on 21 dand 42 dto determine the production performance,trace element content and antioxidant properties.Results showed that OE-100 increased(P<0.05)ADG(1-42 d)of broiler,the content of blood and liver iron(21 d),serum and liver Cu-Zn SOD(42 d)activity,and the content of liver MDA(42 d)decreased(P<0.05),compared with IE-100.Compared with OE-0,ADG(22-42 dand 1-42 d)of OE-75 broilers increased(P<0.05),and F/G(22-42 dand 1-42 d)decreased(P<0.05);IE-100,OE-100,OE-75,OE-50 and OE-25 increased(P<0.05)iron(21 d),zinc and copper(42 d)in blood and liver of broilers(P<0.05);serum and liver Cu-Zn SOD(21 d),GSH-Px(42 d)activities of IE-100,OE-100,OE-75 and OE-50 increased(P<0.05),MDA(42 d)content decreased(P<0.05).With the decreasing of oligosaccharide chelated trace element,the ADG(1-21 d,1-42 dand 22-42 d),trace elements in blood[iron(21 d),zinc and copper(21 dand 42 d),and manganese(42 d)],trace elements in liver[iron and zinc(21 dand42 d),copper and manganese(42 d)],serum and liver Cu-Zn SOD and GSH-Px(21 dand 42 d)decreased linearly and quadratically(P<0.05),while F/G(22-42 dand 1-42 d)and the content of MDA in serum(21 dand 42 d)and liver(42 d)increased linearly and quadratically(P<0.05).In conclusion,the optimum levels of oligosaccharide chelated trace elements in improving broiler performance,serum and liver accumulation of copper,zinc,manganese and iron,serum and liver antioxidant capacity were 25%,50%and 75%,respectively,and the equivalent level of oligosaccharide chelated trace elements to inorganic trace elements according to comprehensive index is 50%-75%.
