摘要 以8份花椰菜种质成熟期的花球为试材,测定其19种矿质元素含量,采用相关性分析、因子分析、聚类分析等统计方法对矿质元素含量特征进行分析评价。结果表明:不同花椰菜种质花球中K、P、Ca、Mg、S、Fe、Mn、B、Zn、Cu、Na、Ni、Cr、Pb、Si、Co共16种元素含量存在极显著差异(p<0.01),Se、Mo、Cd元素未检出;16种元素平均含量顺序为:K>S>P>Mg>Ca>Na>Zn>Fe>B>Mn>Cu>Cr>Ni>Si>Co>Pb,变异系数为3.39%(Mg)~70.39%(Si);相关性分析结果表明,各元素含量间存在复杂的关联性;因子分析结果表明,Ca、S、B、Mn、Na和Cr元素是花椰菜花球中的特征性元素;聚类分析可将8份花椰菜种质分为3类,第一类包含5份种质,该类种质K、Na、Fe含量较高;第二类只包含C18261,该类种质Si含量较高;第三类包含2份种质,该类种质Ca、S、B含量较高,Pb含量较低。研究结果可为进一步开展花椰菜营养特性评价、新品种选育和平衡施肥等提供数据参考。 Content of 19 mineral elements in curds of 8 cauliflower germplasms at the mature stage were determined and analyzed by correlation analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in contents of K,Ca,Mg,S,Fe,Mn,B,Zn,Cu,Na,Ni,Cr,Pb,Si and Co among different cauliflower germplasms(p<0.01),Se,Mo and Cd were not detected.The contents of the above 16 mineral elements in all samples were in the order of K>S>P>Mg>Ca>Na>Zn>Fe>B>Mn>Cu>Cr>Ni>Si>Co>Pb,and their coefficient of variation ranged from 3.39%(Mg)to 70.39%(Si).The correlation analysis showed that there was a complex correlation among the contents of these elements.The factor analysis showed that Ca,S,B,Mn,Na and Cr were the characteristic elements of cauliflower germplasms.The 8 cauliflower samples were divided into 3 groups by cluster analysis.The first group included 5 samples in which the contents of K,Na,Fe were very high,the second group only included C18261 sample in which the content of Si was high,and the third group included 2 samples in which the contents of Ca,S,B were relatively high and the Pb content was low.These results might provide basic data for evaluation of cauliflower nutritional properties,breeding of cauliflower new varieties and balanced fertilization for cauliflower.
