摘要
为了探究超声喷丸激励振动对TC4钛合金表面状态的影响,建立了3组超声喷丸有限元模型分别研究了激励振动对超声喷丸表面形貌、应力覆盖率及几何覆盖率的影响。结果表明,在短时间超声喷丸过程中,高应力区域决定了几何覆盖率的变化,小峰区间峰值将持续增加并向中锋及高峰区间转化,其中高峰区间增长的更显著。仅增加激励振动幅值,不增加超声喷丸时间,高应力区域会继续增加,常规应力区域将在短时间内增长不明显。
In order to investigate the influence of ultrasonic shot peening vibration on the surface state of TC4 titanium alloy,three sets of ultrasonic shot peening finite element models were set up.The effects of excitation vibration on the surface morphology,stress coverage and geometric coverage of ultrasonic shot peening were studied.The results showed that during the short-time ultrasonic shot peening,the high stress area determines the change of geometric coverage,and the peak value of the small peak interval would continue to increase and transform to the middle peak and high peak interval,among which the high peak interval increases more significantly.Only increasing the amplitude of the excitationvibration without increasing the ultrasonic shot peening time,the high stress area would continue to increase,and the conventional stress area would not increase significantly in a short time.
