面向可持续运营的养老设施绿色设计策略研究

Research on Green Design Strategy of Elderly Care Facilities for the Sustainable Operation

养老设施具有居住建筑和公共设施的双重属性,其设计需要兼顾居住的人性化和运营的高效率,与绿色建筑包含的能源节约、环境友好、安全健康设计目标高度契合。文章关注养老设施运营阶段的可持续发展,通过分析能耗可视化、屋顶绿化、能源自主化三项设计策略,对于设施长期节能减排、健康促进、防灾减灾的重要作用,为从全生命周期审视养老设施的绿色设计提供新的视角,也为通过基于国情的绿色设计支持养老设施的可持续运营提供参考。

Elderly care facility has the dual nature of residential building and public facility.As a result,its design needs to take both the humanization of residence and high efficiency of operation into consideration,which is highly consistent with the design goals of green buildings regarding energy efficient,environmentally friendly and healthy solutions.This article focuses on the sustainable development of elderly care facility during the operation stage.By analyzing the important role of three design strategies including energy consumption visualization,roof greening,and energy autonomy for the long-term energy saving,health promotion,and disaster prevention of the facility,the article provided a new perspective to review the green design of elderly care facilities from whole life cycle,and serves as a reference for supporting the sustainable operation of elderly care facilities through green design strategies based on national conditions.
