高端住宅项目新风系统设计的经验萃取

Experience Extraction of Fresh Air System Design for High-end Residential Projects

随着空气污染问题的日益突出,住户追求良好空气环境的意愿日趋增强,具备空气净化功能的家用中央新风系统的市场需求不断扩大。文章基于代表性住宅项目新风系统的应用过程,采用经验萃取法的四化模型,将整个住宅项目新风系统设计工作进行结构化解构,提炼出工作任务分析表,并详述新风系统方案比选角度及施工图设计要点,可用于指导高端住宅户式中央新风系统设计。

As the problem of air pollution becomes increasingly prominent,the willingness of residential users to pursue a sound air environment is increasing and the market demand for home central fresh air systems with air purification functions is expanding.Based on the application process of the fresh air system of a typical residential project,this paper uses the quaternization model of the empirical extraction method to structurally deconstruct the fresh air system design work of the entire residential project,extracts the work task analysis table,and details the angle and comparison of the fresh air system scheme selection and the main points of construction drawing design.This paper can be used to guide the design of high-end residential household central fresh air system.
