The Fragmentation of Cyberspace—Take the Unplugged Internet of Russia as an Example

当前各国都在加大对境内网络资源、流量和技术的管控,网络空间被划分成区域性的“网络孤岛”,同时呈现“碎片化”的趋势。通过解读俄罗斯实施“断网”测试的原因,技术路径和政策演进方式,来思考未来网络空间的发展趋势,并从国家视角出发,分析俄罗斯“断网”对全球网络空间产生的影响。

Currently countries around the world are increasing their control on cyber resources,network traffic and technologies.Cyberspace is divided into regional“cyber isolated islands”,and presents a“fragmentation”trend.The Russia unplugged Internet test's reasons,technological paths and policy evolution methods are analyzed to think about the future development of cyberspace.Based on the state perspective,to explain the impact of the Russia's unplugged Internet test on global cyberspace.
