皮内针联合中药治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of intradermal acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemifacial spasm

目的探讨皮内针联合中药治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年12月本院收治的60例面肌痉挛患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组实施皮内针联合中药治疗,对照组仅给予中药治疗,比较两组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论皮内针联合中药治疗面肌痉挛临床疗效显著,可提升总有效率,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intradermal acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods 60 cases of hemifacial spasm patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with intradermal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone.Compare the treatment effects and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of intradermal acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemifacial spasm is significant,which can improve the total effective rate without increasing adverse reactions.It is worth promoting.
