复方锌铁钙口服溶液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of compound zinc-iron-calcium oral solution in infant rotavirus enteritis

目的观察复方锌铁钙口服溶液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月在本院治疗的80例婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象,根据就诊号奇偶数分为两组,就诊号奇数为观察组,就诊号偶数为对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联用复方锌铁钙口服溶液,疗程均为7 d。比较两组临床总有效率及呕吐、腹泻、发热恢复时间。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率97.50%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义。观察组呕吐恢复时间(1.88±0.46)d,对照组呕吐恢复时间(2.15±0.36)d;观察组腹泻恢复时间(4.33±1.38)d,对照组腹泻恢复时间(5.13±1.44)d。观察组呕吐、腹泻恢复时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论复方锌铁钙口服溶液辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎较常规治疗效果更佳,呕吐、腹泻恢复时间明显缩短。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound zinc-iron-calcium oral solution in the treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis.Methods A total of 80 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups according the odd or even number in cilnic.The odd number of patients were divided into the observation group,and the even number of patients were divided into the control group was even,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods.Based on the treatment in the control group,the observation group was treated with compound zinciron-calcium oral solution,with 7-day course in both groups.Clinical total effective rate and recovery time of vomiting,diarrhea and fever were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of vomiting in the observation group was(1.88±0.46)d,and that in the control group was(2.15±0.36)d.The recovery time of diarrhea in the observation group was(4.33±1.38)d,and that in the control group was(5.13±1.44)d.The recovery time of vomiting and diarrhea in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion Combination therapy with compound zinc-iron-calcium oral solution is more effective than routine treatment in infant rotavirus enteritis,and the recovery time of vomiting and diarrhea was shortened obviously.
