摘要
目的分析二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治的87例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=44)。对照组接受常规基础促排治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上口服二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者血清AMH等相关激素水平变化。结果治疗前,两组患者血清AMH、E2比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者血清AMH低于对照组,E2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者卵巢体积小于对照组,优势卵泡个数多于对照组,窦卵泡个数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者予以口服二甲双胍治疗,可有效改善患者血清AMH和E2水平,提高患者排卵率和妊娠率,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effects of metformin on serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 87 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random touch ball method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=44).The control group received conventional basal drainage promotion,and the observation group was treated with oral metformin on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The levels of serum AMH and other related hormones were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in serum AMH and higher E2 levels between the two groups of patients before treatment.After treatment,the serum levels of AMH and E2 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The ovarian volume was smaller,dominant follicles was more and sinus follicles was less in the observation group than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate was higher,abortion rate was lower in the observation group than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral metformin treatment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively improve serum AMH and E2 levels,increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has clinical application value.
