自拟鬼针草方与玻璃酸钠滴眼液联用治疗干眼症的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of self-made prescription(Gui Zhen Cao Decoction)combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye

目的探究自拟鬼针草方与玻璃酸钠滴眼液联用治疗干眼症的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年11月于本院眼科门诊接受治疗的60例干眼症患者,按照就诊先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组采用爱丽玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组采用自拟鬼针草方联合爱丽玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。治疗10 d后,比较两组泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌量测验(Sit)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)结果,西医眼部症状评分、中医证候评分、临床疗效、临床治愈时间以及3个月时复发率。结果治疗后,研究组BUT、Sit高于对照组(P<0.05),FL低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组西医眼部症状评分(9.23±1.62)分明显低于对照组(11.28±2.13)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医证候评分(1.17±0.69)分明显低于对照组(3.62±2.23)分(P<0.05),研究组EI(88.21±1.45)%明显高于对照组(61.24±5.28)%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。研究组临床治愈时间(12.30±6.73)d明显短于对照组(20.27±9.99)d。研究组3个月复发率0.00%(0/30)明显低于对照组10.00%(3/30)(P<0.05)。结论与单纯玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症相比,联用自拟鬼针草方疗效更佳、远期复发率更低。

Objective To evaluate the treatment efficacy of self-made prescription(Gui Zhen Cao Decoction)combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye.Methods From March 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with dry eye were treated in the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital were selected and they were divided into control group and study group according to the order of visits,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the study group was treated with self-made prescription(Gui Zhen Cao Decoction)combined and sodium hyaluronate eye drops.After 10 days of treatment,the tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion test(Sit),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)results,ocular symptom score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,clinical cure time and recurrence rate at 3 months were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,BUT and Sit in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and FL was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Western medicine eye symptom score of the study group(9.23±1.62)was significantly lower than that of the control group(11.28±2.13)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group(1.17±0.69)was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.62±2.23)(P<0.05),and the EI(88.21±1.45)%of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.24±5.28)%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The clinical cure time of the study group(12.30±6.73)d was significantly shorter than that of the control group(20.27±9.99)d(P<0.05).The 3-month relapse rate in the study group was 0.00%(0/30),which was significantly lower than that in the control group[10.00%(3/30)](P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone in the treatment of dry eye,the combination of self-designed prescription is more effective and the long-term recurrence rate is lower.
