Objective To explore the value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic assisted radical surgery for gastric cancer. Methods Sixty patients who underwent radical laparoscopic assisted gastrectomy in our hospital from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy, the control group was given traditional surgical intervention, and the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgical intervention.Postoperative recovery, stress response and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The time of first exhaustion and recovery time of gastrointestinal tract in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the weight loss was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose, heart rate and systolic blood pressure in the observation group after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgical intervention can effectively relieve the patient's stress response, maintain the body weight, strengthen the recovery of the gastrointestinal tract, and thus improve the quality of life.
