孕期微量元素钙铁值测定结果临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨孕期微量元素钙铁值测定结果变化规律,指导不同孕期孕妇合理补充微量元素。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月在本院接受产前保健的孕妇320名,根据其妊娠周期,分为早孕期组(n=110)、中孕期组(n=105)以及晚孕期组(n=105),同时选取未孕妇女180名作为对照组,应用原子吸收分光光度法检测4组研究对象的微量元素钙铁值,比较4组检测结果。结果早孕期组、中孕期组、晚孕期组钙含量、铁含量均低于对照组(P<0.05);早孕期组铁含量高于中孕期组与晚孕期组(P<0.05),中孕期组和晚孕期组钙含量、铁含量比较差异无统计学意义;早孕期组钙含量水平低于中孕期组与晚孕期组(P<0.05)。早孕期组、中孕期组以及晚孕期组的铁缺乏率呈逐渐升高的趋势(P<0.05);早孕期组钙元素缺乏率明显高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠过程中孕妇易出现微量元素钙、铁缺乏,因此,需在妊娠早期加强钙元素补充,在妊娠中期将铁元素补充加强。 Objective To investigate the variation of calcium and iron values of trace elements during pregnancy and to guide pregnant women to supplement trace elements reasonably.Methods 320 pregnant women receiving antenatal care in this hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were divided into early pregnancy group(n=110),middle pregnancy group(n=105)and late pregnancy group(n=105)according to their pregnancy cycle.180 non-pregnant women were selected as control group,and the trace element calcium and iron values of four groups were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The detection results of four groups were compared.Results Calcium and iron contents in the early,middle and late pregnancy groups were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The iron content in the early pregnancy group was higher than that in the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the calcium and iron content between the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group.Calcium content in the early pregnancy group was lower than that in the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group(P<0.05).The iron deficiency rate of the early pregnancy group,the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group showed a gradually increasing trend(P<0.05).The calcium deficiency rate of the early pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women are prone to deficiency of trace elements calcium and iron during pregnancy,so it is necessary to strengthen calcium supplementation in early pregnancy and iron supplementation in mid-pregnancy.
