摘要
小学语文大单元教学设计立足学科核心素养,对教材单元进行重组、开发,对一线教师的专业发展水平提出了更高要求。小学语文体验式研训旨在帮助教师通过亲身体验、主动建构,理解学科核心素养,提升大单元教学设计能力,研训推进路径为:主题研学-团队集备-实践验证-反思提升。
The teaching design of the whole unit of Chinese in elementary school is based on the core literacy of the subject,reorganizes and develops the teaching material unit,and puts forward higher requirements for the professional development of teachers.Primary school Chinese experiential research and training aims to help teachers understand the core literacy of the subject through personal experience,active construction,and improve the ability of whole unit teaching design.The research and training promotion path is:subject researchteam preparation-practical verification-reflection and improvement.
