摘要
法治教育进入小学道德与法治课程教学绝非易事,它极大挑战了小学生的认知能力和教师的专业能力。教师需要对道德与法治教材中法治教育的现实困境做进一步分析,建构起小学生法治素养的四个部分:法治知识、法治思维、法治行动、法治信仰。在此基础上,明晰切入点,把握法治知识脉络;精选案例,培养法治思维;积极参与体验,重视法治实践,追求法理和教理的融通,涵养实践性的教学智慧,让法治真正到达儿童。
It is no easy task for the rule of law education to enter the teaching of ethics and rule of law in primary schools.It greatly challenges the cognitive ability of primary school students and the professional ability of teachers.Teachers need to further analyze the real dilemma of rule of law education in moral and rule of law textbooks,and construct four parts of the rule of law literacy of primary school students:rule of law knowledge,rule of law thinking,rule of law action,and rule of law belief.On this basis,teachers should clarify the entry point and grasp the knowledge of the rule of law;select cases to cultivate rule of law thinking;actively participate in the experience,attach importance to the practice of the rule of law,pursue the integration of legal principles and teachings,cultivate practical teaching wisdom,and let the rule of law truly reach children.
