间位芳纶针刺非织造布耐高温耐腐蚀性 被引量:6

High Temperature Resistance and Corrosion Resistance of Meta-aramid Needle Punched Nonwovens

摘要 以间位芳纶纤维为原料,通过针刺非织造加工工艺制备了间位芳纶针刺非织造布,对其在200℃高温、pH值为2,7和13溶液中处理48 h后进行测试。结果表明,间位芳纶针刺非织造布表面在高温、酸碱和中性环境下出现一定程度的腐蚀,但纤网结构及纤维之间的缠结没有明显变化,对间位芳纶针刺非织造布的拉伸性能和透气性能没有明显影响。间位芳纶酰胺键中的N—C键出现了断裂,在2400 cm-1位置上出现了CO2小分子片段对应的吸收峰,而经过处理后的间位芳纶纤维分子中苯环没有打开,样品仍具有优异的热稳定性,样品的初始分解温度在415℃左右,在560℃前样品的质量保持率仍可维持在50%以上。 The needle punch nonwovens were prepared using the meta-aramid fiber as raw materials by the nonwoven acupuncture process.The needle punch nonwovens were treated with different pH value solutions(pH values are 2,7,13)at 200℃high temperature for 48 h and then tested.The results show that there is a certain degree of corrosion on the surface of meta-aramid needle punched nonwoven under high temperature,acid and alkali,and neutral environment,however,there is no obvious change in the web structure and the entanglement between the fibers,which has no obvious effects on the tensile properties and breathability of meta-aramid needle punched nonwoven.In addition,the N—C bond in the meta-aramid amide bond is broken,and the absorption peak corresponding to the CO2 small molecule fragment appears at the 2400 cm-1 position,and the benzene ring of the treated meta-aramid fiber isn’t opened.The samples still have excellent thermal stability.The initial decomposition temperature of each sample is around 415℃,and the mass retention rates of the samples can still be maintained above 50%before 560℃.
