摘要 为了获得低扬程水泵装置停泵过渡过程水力特性,研究了低扬程水泵装置停泵过渡过程力矩动态平衡方程;水泵全特性曲线的移动最小二乘法拟合;快速闸门关闭过程的流量扬程平衡方程;最终得出过渡过程数学模型。然后利用Matlab仿真模块Simulink对低扬程水泵装置停泵过渡过程进行了模型搭建,并对主要水力参数进行了仿真模拟。仿真结果表明所建立的低扬程水泵装置停泵过渡过程数学模型是正确的,使用Simulink模型搭建可方便进行仿真分析。 The purpose of the study is to obtain the hydraulic characteristics of the low-lift pump device during the pump stop transition.The main contents of the research are as follows:the dynamic balance equation of the torque during the transition process of the low-lift pump device;the use of moving least squares to fit the full characteristic curve of the pump;the flow and head balance equation of the fast gate during the closing process.The mathematical model of the transition process is comprehensively obtained.Then,the Matlab simulation module Simulink was used to model the transition process of the low-lift pump installation,and the main hydraulic parameters were simulated.The simulation results show that the established mathematical model of the low-lift pump device during the pump-off transition process is correct,and the Simulink model can be used to facilitate the simulation analysis.
