摘要
回顾中国法学教育70年历程,我国法学教育取得了令人瞩目的成就,法学教育从数量到质量的跨越式发展,培养了一大批法律专业人才,形成了多层次、多类型法学人才培养体系。但我国法学教育在法学实践教育、跨学科领域的复合型法律人才及国际型涉外人才培养等方面仍存在比较明显的不足。因此,我国法学教育需要形成中国特色社会主义法学的教育教学模式,加强学科之间的交流与融合,着力推进法律人才实践能力的培养,积极探索国际型涉外法律人才培养模式。
This article first reviews 70 years’development of Chinese legal education and the authors point out that Chinese legal education has made remarkable achievements.With the leap-forward development of legal education from quantity to quality,Chinese legal education has cultivated a large number of legal professionals and formed a multi-level and multi-type legal personnel training system.However,the legal education still has obvious shortcomings in the aspects of practical legal education,the cultivation of interdisciplinary compound legal talent,and international legal talent for tackling international legal affairs.Therefore,Chinese legal education needs to develop its unique cultivation mode with Chinese characteristics,strengthen the academic exchanges and integrations among disciplines,to focus on promoting the cultivation of students’practical capability and actively explore the cultivation model for the legal talent who are qualified for international legal affairs.
