摘要
回应卓越法治人才培养目标,我国法本实践教学改革应以法律职业技能课程重构为重要抓手。在课程定位上,从“单纯技能课程”升华为“技能方法论课程”,并设置为实践教学的基础核心课。在课程内容上,应以培养法律思维为根本,以掌握技能规律原理为基础,以技能方法为具体运用。在课程完善中,应注重德法兼修,补齐职业伦理的短板,确立法律技能运用的道德底线。
In response to the goal of cultivating excellent legal talent for the rule of law,the reform of the legal education in China at undergraduate level should focus on practical teaching and the restructuring of legal professional skills courses.In terms of course orientation,it must be improved from“pure skill training courses”to“courses that emphasizes both skills and methodologies”.At the same time,the methodology-based courses should be set as the basic core courses in the curriculum.The content of the course should be based on the cultivation of legal thinking,based on the principle of mastering the laws of skills,and highlight the specific application of legal professional skills.As for the improvement of the courses,both ethics and law should be emphasized,overcoming the shortcomings of professional ethics,and establishing the moral bottom-line for the application of legal skills.
