武汉绵阳两地新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中医症候差异讨论

Discussion on Differences in Traditonal Chinese Medicine Symptoms of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Between Wuhan and Mianyang

目的:横向对比研究绵阳与武汉地区新冠肺炎患者中医证候差异性,纵向对比新冠肺炎患者在疾病全过程中的证候变化规律,以观察相同病因、相同疾病在不同地域之间是否存在中医证候上的差异,论证新冠肺炎发病的地域证候差异性,为指导新冠肺炎的中医药预防和治疗提供理论基础。方法:采用横断面调查方法,根据新冠肺炎中医证候要素收集COVID-19患者中医四诊资料,主要包括发热、恶寒、汗出、肌痛、关节痛、咽痛、口苦、口干、心烦、胸中热或身燥热、肛门急胀或便秘或泄利下重、咳嗽、气喘、乏力、纳差、腹泻、皮疹、瘀斑、舌质、脉象等。第一次数据采集在患者入院后24h内完成,第一次数据采集后每隔7d采集一次,直至病愈出院。数据采集工作均由主治及以上职称中医医师进行,所有参与数据收集的医生均需经前期统一培训。结论:绵阳和武汉新冠肺炎患者中医症候存在差异性,其中武汉患者痰湿证较多(P<0.5),绵阳患者肺气闭郁证较多(P<0.5),表明相同病因、相同疾病在不同地域之间存在中医症候上的差异。

Objective:Crossrange compared in TCM symptoms of COVID-19 between Mianyang and Wuhan,longitudinal comparison in the whole process of disease syndrome changes.It is used to observe whether there were differences in TCM syndromes in different regions with the same etiology and disease,to expound and prove of TCM syndrome of COVID-19 in different regional,in order to point the rationale for the prevention and treatment of TCM for the COVID-19.Methods:Used cross-sectional survey,according to the TCM syndrome factors of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,collecting COVID-19 patients’ four diagnostic information,mainly including:fever,chills,sweating,myalgia,arthralgia,sore throat,bitter taste,dry mouth,upset,chest fever or body heat,anal pain or constipation or diarrhea,cough,asthma,fatigue,poor appetite,rash,ecchymosis,tongue quality,pulse condition,etc.The first data collection was completed within 24 hours after admission,until the patient is discharged,we will collect the data every 7 days after the first data acquisition.The data collection work was carried out by TCM doctors with the title of attending or above,and all doctors involved in data collection should be trained in a unified way.Conclusion:The COVID-19 patients in Mianyang and Wuhan have different TCM symptoms.There are more phlegm dampness syndrome in Wuhan(P<0.5),and more pulmonary Qi stagnation syndrome in Mianyang(P<0.5).It shows that the same etiology and disease have different syndromes in different regions.
