Academic Experiences of Famous Physician WANG Xuanzhang with Longjiang Medical School

总结推拿名家王选章教授学术理论及临床经验,指导推拿临床及理论创新发展。王选章教授在《黄帝内经》等中医经典著作的理论基础上,独创道理学说、形气辨证、五部辨证、点穴调脉法以及其推拿手法的阴阳五行分类等理论体系,为推拿辨证、治疗提供了简便有效的方法,大大提高临床效率和效果,对推拿临床辨证施术具有重要的指导价值。本文从学术理论创新、临证手法创新及临床验案等方面,对王选章教授学术经验进行总结。

To summarize the academic theory and clinical experience of Professor WANG Xuanzhang,a famous expert on Tuina,and guide the clinical and theoretical innovation and development of Tuina.Based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing,Professor WANG Xuanzhang created the theory of Dao and Li,the differentiation of Xing and Qi,the differentiation of five parts,the method of acupoint and pulse regulation,and the classification of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements of Tuina technique,which provided a simple and effective method for the differentiation and treatment of Tuina,greatly improved the clinical efficiency and effect.It has an important guiding value for the clinical differentiation and operation of Tuina therapy.This paper summarizes Professor WANG Xuanzhang’s academic experience from the aspects of academic theory innovation,clinical practice innovation and clinical trials.
