梁超教授“五脏评估法”辨治脾胃病经验浅谈

Professor LIANG Chao's Experience in Distinguishing Spleen-stomach Diseases by“Five-Zang Evaluation Meth-od”

在临床上,脾胃病常可见超出脾胃病象以外的“复杂病象”,若单纯从脾胃论治,疗效多不佳。梁超教授深入挖掘《内经》“脾为孤藏,中央土以灌四傍”,“脾者土也,治中央,常以四时长四脏”等相关经文,结合其多年的临床经验,提出“脾主五脏”理论,并整理出一套较为完整、便于初学的辨治方案,名之曰“五脏评估法”,临床应用获效满意。
