温阳益气活血汤对2型糖尿病伴肾功能不全患者疗效及对血清sVCAM-1、miR-16水平的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Renal Insufficiency and Its Influence on Serum Levels of sVCAM-1 and Mir-16

目的:观察温阳益气活血汤对2型糖尿病伴肾功能不全患者疗效及对血清sVCAM-1、miR-16水平的影响。方法:将2017年11月~2019年4月2型糖尿病伴肾功能不全患者93例,随机分组,对照组(n=46)采用前列地尔治疗;观察组(n=47)采用温阳益气活血汤治疗,7d为1个疗程,共计4个疗程。比较两组间临床疗效,记录纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fib)、肌酐(Creatinine,Cr)、尿素氮(Urea Nitrogen,BUN)、24h尿蛋白(24h Urinary Protein,24UAE)和可溶性血管细胞粘附分子(Soluble Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule-1,sVCAM-1)、miR-16水平。结果:与治疗前比,两组治疗后血Fib、Cr、BUN及24UAE水平降低;与对照组比,观察组治疗后血Fib、Cr、BUN及24UAE水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组治疗后血清sVCAM-1、miR-16水平降低;与对照组比,观察组治疗后血清sVCAM-1、miR-16水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率82.61%低于观察组95.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳益气活血汤对2型糖尿病伴肾功能不全患者的疗效显著,可降低sVCAM-1、miR-16水平,改善肾功能,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with renal insufficiency on the serum levels of sVCAM-1 and mir-16.Methods:93 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and renal insufficiency from November 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,the controlled group(n=46) was treated with Alprostadil,the observation group(n=47) was treated with Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,7 days as a course,and 2 groups were treatment for 4 courses.The levels of fibrinogen(FIB),creatinine(CR),urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urinary protein(24 UAE),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) and mir-16 were recorded.Results:Compared with before treatment,the levels of FIB,Cr,bun and 24 uae in the blood of the two groups decreased after treatment,compared with the controlled group,the levels of FIB,Cr,BUN and 24 UAE in the blood of the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of sVCAM-1 and mir-16 in the two groups were lower after treatment,compared with the controlled group,the serum levels of sVCAM-1 and mir-16 in the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the controlled group(82.61%) was lower than the observation group(95.74%),(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a significant effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus with renal insufficiency.It can reduce the levels of sVCAM-1 and mir-16,improve renal function,and is worth popularizing.
