养血润肤饮联合海贽油治疗银屑病血燥证45例临床观察

Effect of Using Yangxue Runfu Drink Combined with Sea Range Oil on in the Treatment of 45 cases of Psoriasis with Blood-dryness Syndrome

目的:观察养血润肤饮联合海贽油治疗银屑病血燥证的临床治疗效果。方法:按照随机数字的方法将90例寻常型银屑病血燥证患者分为治疗组45例、对照组45例。治疗组予养血润肤饮口服联合海贽油外用,对照组予润燥止痒胶囊口服联合医用凡士林外用。观察2组PASI评分、临床治疗效果、中医症候评分情况并分析治疗前患者皮损面积、皮损严重程度与患者焦虑程度之间的线性关系。结果:2组治疗后PASI评分及临床治疗效果较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善明显,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医症候评分较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善明显,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组治疗效果优于对照组;患者皮损面积、皮损严重程度与患者焦虑程度均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:养血润肤饮联合海贽油治疗银屑病血燥证具有较好的临床治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Yangxue Runfu Decoction combined with Sea Turtle Oil in the treatment of psoriasis with blood dryness syndrome.Methods:90 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into a treatment group(45 cases) and a controlled group(45 cases).The treatment group was given Yangxue Runfu Yin orally combined with Sea Turtle Oil for external use,while the controlled group was given Runzao Zhiyang Capsule orally combined with medical Vaseline for external use.The PASI score,clinical therapeutic effect and TCM symptom score of the two groups were observed,and the linear relationship between the lesion area,the severity of the lesion and the anxiety level of the patients before treatment was analyzed.Results:After treatment,PASI score and clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05),the score of TCM symptoms was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect was better than that of the controlled group,and the area and severity of the lesion were correlated with the anxiety level of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue Runfu Decoction combined with Sea Turtle Oil has better clinical effect in treating psoriasis with blood dryness syndrome.
