两面针活血定痛消肿散坐浴联合吲哚美辛栓塞肛对混合痔患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of Zanthoxylum Nitidum Huoxue Dingtong Xiaozhong Powder with Sitz Bath Combined with Indomethacin Anal Embolization on Postoperative Recovery for Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:观察两面针活血定痛消肿散坐浴联合吲哚美辛栓塞肛对混合痔患者术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2017年8月~2019年8月本院的混合痔术后患者164例,随机分为对照组和研究组,82例/组。对照组给予吲哚美辛栓塞肛治疗,研究组在对照组基础,上联合两面针活血定痛消肿散坐浴,记录两组治疗后的临床疗效,不良反应,伤口疼痛、水肿、渗出物消失时间和伤口愈合时间,以及尿潴留发生情况;记录两组治疗前后的血清中炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,研究组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),伤口疼痛、水肿、渗出物消失时间,伤口愈合时间,血清炎症因子水平及尿潴留并发率均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组的不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:两面针活血定痛消肿散坐浴联合吲哚美辛栓塞肛的疗法能有效促进混合痔患者术后恢复,降低尿潴留并发率,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of Zanthoxylum Nitidum Huoxue Dingtong Xiaozhong Powder with sitz bath combined with Indomethacin anal embolization on postoperative recovery for patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 164 patients after mixed hemorrhoids surgery in the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into a controlled group and a study group,82 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with Indomethacin anal embolization,while the study group was treated with Zanthoxylum Nitidum Huoxue Dingtong Xiaozhong Powder with sitz bath on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical curative effect,adverse reactions,wound pain,edema,disappearance time of transudation,wound healing time and occurrence of urinary retention after treatment,and levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment in both groups were recorded.Results:After treatment,clinical curative effect of the study group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05),wound pain,edema,disappearance time of transudation,wound healing time,levels of serum inflammatory factors and incidence of urinary retention were all lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zanthoxylum Nitidum Huoxue Dingtong Xiaozhong Powder with sitz bath combined with Indomethacin anal embolization can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,reduce incidence of urinary retention,with high safety.
