Autonomous Emergency Decision-Making of Combat Module Under Mosaic Warfare

为了深入研究马赛克战体系中杀伤链被破坏的情况下的解决方案,提出了马赛克战概念下作战模块应急重构自主决策方法.介绍了马赛克战的概念以及其作战模块重构的必要性;结合PREA(Planning–Readiness–Execution–Assessment)循环,构建了基于犹豫模糊理论的作战模块评估模型.该模型构建了作战模块的评估指标体系,通过最大偏差法计算指标权重,从而确定模块重构的偏好次序.该方法弥补了应急决策中评估的不确定性和犹豫性,案例分析结果也表明了该方法的可行性和有效性.

In order to study the solution of kill chain reconstruction in mosaic warfare systems, an autonomous emergency decisionmaking method of the combat module under mosaic warfare is proposed. First, the concept of mosaic warfare and the necessity of reconstruction of its combat modules are introduced;secondly, combined with the PREA(Planning – Readiness – Execution –Assessment) loop, a combat module evaluation model based on the hesitant fuzzy is constructed. This model constructs an evaluation attribute system for combat modules, and calculates the attribute weights through the maximum deviation method, thereby determining the order of preference for module reconstruction. This method compensates for the uncertainty and hesitation in the evaluation of emergency decision-making, and the case analysis results also show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
