学校场域中培育学生抗逆力的理念与策略 被引量:3

摘要 抗逆力是个人、家庭或组织具有的特质和能力,使其处在危机或压力情境时,能发展出健康的应对策略。在多元未知的风险面前,为增强学生抗逆力,提升他们应对困难的能力,我们提出了学校在学生个体与学校生态环境两方面开展工作的思路与做法。
