分析实验室能力验证样品中食源性致病菌的检测 被引量:1

Capacity verification of FAPAS to the detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria in samples

摘要 目的为了提升实验室食源性致病菌的检测能力,强化能力验证活动在常规工作中的有效质控作用。方法 FAPAS(Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme)说明书、GB 4789.30—2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验》、GB 4789.36—2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验大肠埃希氏菌O157∶H7/NM检验》进行致病菌的分离培养,利用BRUKER飞行质谱仪进行病原菌鉴定。结果参与能力验证项目为鸡肉中单核细胞增生李斯特菌和牛肉中大肠埃希菌O157∶H7/NM的检测,每个项目2个样品,编号分别为M243d02A、M243d02B和M243d11A、M243d11B。M243d11A检出大肠埃希菌O157∶H7,M243d11B中未检出;M243-d02B检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌,M243d02A中未检出。结论检测结果与FAPAS分析实验室公布的结果一致,实验室检测能力得到国际机构的认可。 Objective The purpose of this study is to enhance the detection capacity of foodborne pathogenic bacteria,and strengthen the proficiency verification of effective quality control in work.Methods According to the proficiency certification instructions provided by FAPAS analysis laboratory in UK,GB 4789.30—2016 National Food Safety Standard Food Microbiological Examination:Listeria Monocytogenes to inspect,GB 4789.36—2016 National Food Safety Standard Food Microbiological Examination:Escherichia coli O157∶H7 to Inspect were adopted,and flight mass spectrometer Germany BRUKER was used for identification.Results The detection of Listeria monocytogenes in chicken and Escherichia coli O157∶H7/NM in beef were included in the capability verification projects,with 2 samples for each project,which were respectively numbered M243d02A,M243d02B,and M243d11A,M243d11B.Escherichia coli O157:H7 was detected in M243d11A,and no Escherichia coli O157∶H7 was detected in M243d11B.Listeria monocytogenes was detected in M243d02B,but not in M243d02A.Conclusion The test results are consistent with those published by the FAPAS analytical laboratories in the United Kingdom,and the laboratory's testing capability has been recognized by international institutions.
