维吾尔族肺结核患者饮酒行为的影响因素研究

Factors associated with drinking among pulmonary tuberculosis patients of Uygur ethnic group

目的探讨新疆维吾尔族肺结核患者饮酒行为的影响因素。方法随机选取613例维吾尔族肺结核患者作为研究对象,调查其社会人口统计学情况、居住和工作场所情况、膳食和生活方式、病史情况,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析计算饮酒相关影响因素。结果研究对象平均年龄为55.43±15.81岁,饮酒者占30.7%,51岁以上、男性、高中以下学历、外地户口、农民、已婚和月收入<1 500元/月的人数比例最高,分别为70.3%、68.0%、56.4%、91.8%、70.1%、90.0%和72.1%。经多因素Logistic回归分析,年龄(OR=13.693,95%CI 4.014~46.710;OR=13.809,95%CI 4.209~45.306)、男性(OR=20.309,95%CI 2.418~170.586)、农民(OR=0.480,95%CI 0.249~0.927)、吸烟(OR=56.430,95%CI 20.470~155.565)为肺结核患者饮酒行为的影响因素。结论相对于非饮酒者来说,维吾尔族肺结核饮酒者具有特殊的社会人口统计学和生活方式特征。

Objective To evaluate the influencing factors of drinking behavior among pulmonary tuberculosis patients of Uygur ethnic group in Xinjiang.Methods A total of 613 patients of Uygur ethnic group with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly selected as the study subjects.The social demographic status,living and workplace conditions,diet and lifestyle,and medical history were investigated.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to calculate the influencing factors of alcohol consumption.Results The average age of the study subjects was(55.43±15.81)years old,and the proportion of alcoholic drinkers was 30.7%.The proportions of study subjects over 51 years old,male,under high school education,immigrant,peasants,married persons and those whose monthly income was less than 1500 yuan/month were the highest,which were 70.3%,68.0%,56.4%,91.8%,70.1%,90.0%and 72.1%,respectively.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=13.693,95%CI 4.014-46.710;OR=13.809,95%CI 4.209-45.306),male(OR=20.309,95%CI 2.418-170.586),peasants(OR=0.480,95%CI 0.249-0.927),smoking(OR=56.430,95%CI 20.470-155.565)had influences on drinking behavior among pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Conclusion Compared to non-drinkers,drinkers with pulmonary tuberculosis of Uygur ethnic group have special social demographic and lifestyle characteristics.
