太空力量理论的缘起、方法和架构——基于国际关系视阈的研究与探讨

Space Power Theory:Origin,Method and Framework--Research and Discussion Based on the Perspective of International Relations

立足中国大地、面向世界的太空力量理论研究应服务于中国特色太空力量理论建设,促进太空力量建设运用,最终助推太空领域人类命运共同体构建。为此,太空力量理论研究应坚持以马克思主义为根本指导方法,以系统论为分析工具,按照“技术-权力-观念”的辩证互动的逻辑来建构太空力量理论框架;太空力量理论体系构建应关注太空力量具有与陆上、海上和空中力量不同的技术特征和功效;太空力量理论应着重探讨如何建设和运用太空力量,维护各国太空战略安全与合法权益,促进太空和平探索利用,并加强太空国际合作。

The research on the space power theory based on China's conditions and geared to the world should serve the formulation of a space power theory with Chinese characteristics,promote the development and application of space power,and ultimately facUitate the building of a human community with a shared destiny in the space field.Therefore,the research on space power theory should adhere to Marxism as the fundamental guiding principle and the system theory as the analytical tool,and advocate constructing the framework of space power theory with the dialectical interaction logic of"technology-power-concept".In creating the space power theoretical system,we should pay attention to the technical characteristics and effects of space power which are different from those of powers on the land,at sea and in the air.The space power research should focus on how to build and use space forces.aim to safeguard the strategic security and legitimate rights and interests of all countries in space,promote peaceful exploration and utilization of space,and strengthen international space cooperation.
