摘要
为适应新工科人才培养目标,将嵌入式课程培养的学生综合素质内涵解析为专业素质、创新素质和人文素质3方面,归纳综合素质培养层面的开放实践模式应具备的特征,探讨构建嵌入式开放实践教学模式的具体方案,将素质培养目标融入实践教学的各个方面。通过层次化实践项目、多维度开放并自主管理的实验环境、灵活的课堂组织及促发展的考评方式,开放实践模式有效提高了学生综合素质。
In order to adapt to the training objectives of new engineering talents,this paper analyzes the connotation of the comprehensive quality training of students in embedded courses into three aspects:professional quality,innovative quality and humanistic quality,sums up the characteristics of the open practice mode of comprehensive quality training,probes into the specific scheme of constructing the embedded open practice teaching mode,and integrates the quality training objectives into each aspect of practice teaching.Through the hierarchical practice projects,multi-dimensional open and independent management of the experimental environment,flexible classroom organization and evaluation methods to promote the development,the open practice mode effectively improves the comprehensive quality of students.
