超声引导细针穿刺细胞学检查对甲状腺小结节的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of thyroid nodule by fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC)guided by ultrasound

目的探讨超声引导细针穿刺细胞学检查(FNAC)对甲状腺小结节的诊断价值。方法选取超声引导FNAC后行手术的100例甲状腺小结节患者,以术后病理学结果为“金标准”,分析FNAC的诊断价值。结果FNAC的诊断符合率为91%、灵敏度为92.8%、特异性为82.4%、准确率为90%。结论超声引导FNAC对甲状腺小结节的诊断价值高,应作为术前可靠的检查方法。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsy(FNAC)in thyroid nodules.Methods FNAC diagnostic value of 100 patients with thyroid nodules who underwent surgery after ultrasound-guided FNAC was analyzed based on postoperative pathological results.Results The diagnostic accordance rate of the two pathological examination is 91%.FNAC achieved a sensitivity of 92.8%,a specificity of 82.4%,an accuracy of 90%.Conclusion FNAC has high clinical diagnostic value in the small thyroid nodule;also has high cioncidence with postoperative pathological diagonosis,which is worthy to clinical application.
