两种不同粒径活血止痛胶囊药效对比研究

Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Two Different Particle Size HuoXueZhiTong Capsules

目的对两种不同粒径的活血止痛胶囊的药效进行对比研究。方法通过热板法及醋酸扭体法对比二者镇痛作用;通过测定小鼠尾静脉出血时间及凝血时间对比二者的活血作用;通过醋酸对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响及对其血液成分分析来对比其抗炎作用。结果镇痛实验表明,与空白组相比,两种粒径的活血止痛胶囊都能一定程度提高小鼠的痛阈值,延长小鼠的扭体潜伏期,减少醋酸导致的小鼠的扭体次数,但二者药效没有显著性差异;活血实验表明,与空白组相比较,两种粒径的活血止痛胶囊都能明显延长小鼠尾静脉出血时间和凝血时间,但活血作用无明显差异;抗炎实验表明,两种不同粒径的活血止痛胶囊能够明显抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,降低WBC浓度,升高RBC和PLT的浓度,但二者之间药效没有显著性差异。结论两种不同粒径的活血止痛胶囊都具有较显著的镇痛,活血,抗炎的作用,且二者的药效无明显差异。

OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of two HuoXue ZhiTong capsules with different particle sizes.METHODS The analgesic effect of the two Huoxuezhitong capsules wastested by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test;the blood-activating effect of HuoXue ZhiTong capsules was confirmed by measuring the tail vein bleeding time and the coagulation time of mice;the effect of acetic acid on the capillary permeability of mice and the blood composition was analyzed to compare its anti-inflammatory effect.RESULTS The analgesic experiment showed that compared with the blank group,HuoXue ZhiTong capsules with two particle sizes could significantly increase the pain threshold of mice,improve the writhing latency of mice,and relieve mice writhing caused by acetic acid,but there was no statistically signification between the two particle sizes of HuoXue ZhiTong capsules.Meanwhile,when compared with the blank group,HuoXue ZhiTong capsules of two particle sizes could dramatically increase the tail vein bleeding time and clotting time in mice,while there was no significant difference in the“activating blood circulation”effect;HuoXue ZhiTong capsules could obviously inhibit the capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity of mice,reduce the concentration of WBC,increase the concentration of RBC and PLT,but there was no statistical signification between the two particle sizes of HuoXue ZhiTong capsules.CONCLUSION Both HuoXue ZhiTong capsules with different particle sizes have significant analgesic,activating blood,and anti-inflammatory effects.
