气相色谱法测定薄荷喉片中薄荷脑的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立测定薄荷喉片中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm,0.5μm);载气为高纯氮气;分流比为10∶1;柱温采用程序升温:初始温度为60℃,保持5min,以每分钟10℃的速率升温至220℃,保持3min;进样口温度为230℃;检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID);检测器温度为250℃;流速为1.0mL·min^(-1);进样体积为1μL。结果薄荷脑在0.05~0.15mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(R=1.000 0,n=5),平均回收率为99.46%,RSD为0.7%(n=9)。结论方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于测定薄荷喉片中薄荷脑的含量。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of menthol in Mentha Laryngitic Tablets.METHODS Gas chromatographic(GC)method was used to determine menthol in Mentha Laryngitic Tablets.An Agilent DB-WAX Capillary Column(30m×0.25mm,0.5μm)was used.The carrier gas was high purity nitrogen and the split ratio was 10∶1.The temperature program was as follows:the initial column temperature was 60℃and kept for 5min,and then risen to 220℃with a rate of 10℃per min and kept for 3min.The inlet temperature was 230℃,and detector temperature was 250℃,the detector was FID.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,and the injection volume was 1μL.RESULTS The linear range of menthol was 0.05~0.15mg·mL-1(R=1.0000,n=5),and the average recovery was 99.46%,RSD=0.7%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is handy,quick,and accurate with good stability,which can be used to determine the content of menthol in Mentha Laryngitic Tablets.
