摘要
由于形状记忆合金(SMA)丝相变过程中潜热效应的影响以及环境温度、驱动参数强度的不同,传统的热电偶测温方法无法精确测量SMA丝在加热过程中的真实温度,对SMA丝的实时驱动控制造成了极大的困难。为了精确测量SMA丝的实时温度,提出了一种基于红外热像仪校准的热电偶测温方法。实验结果与理论分析吻合良好。
Due to the influence oflatent heat effect and the difference of environment temperature and driving parameter intensity in the process of SMA wire transformation, the traditional thermocouple temperature measurement method cannot accurately measure the real temperature of SMA wire in the heating process, which makes it very difficult to control the real-time driving of SMA wire. In order to accurately measure the real-time temperature of SMA wire, a thermocouple temperature measurement method based on the calibration of infrared thermal imager is proposed. The experimental results are in good agreement with the analysis.
