摘要
为探讨玉米须多糖对肉鸡血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取160只1日龄体质健康的雄性爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,随机分成4组,每组设置5个重复,每个重复8只,1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验各组在基础日粮中分别添加400、800、1600 mg/kg玉米须多糖,试验为期42 d。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,添加玉米须多糖的各个试验组42日龄肉鸡的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量显著提高(P <0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P <0.05),由此可见,玉米须多糖可以改善肉鸡血清生化指标和提高肉鸡血清抗氧化能力,在肉鸡饲粮中添加800 mg/kg玉米须多糖较为适宜。
The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effect of corn silk polysaccharides on serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of broiler chickens.1601-day-old healthy male Abba Plus(AA)broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 5 repeat,each repeating had 8 animals.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental groups added 400,800,1600 mg/kg corn silk polysaccharide to the basic diet for 42 days.The results showed that the serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase levels of 42-day-old broilers in each experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with the blank control group,and the content of malondialdehyde was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The results indicated that corn silk polysaccharides could improve the serum biochemical indicators of broilers and increase the antioxidant capacity of broiler serum,and the suitable addition of polysaccharide was 800 mg/kg.
