摘要
为评价不同水平绞股蓝提取物添加对育肥猪生长性能、免疫机能及经济效益的影响,试验选择体重相近、健康的三元杂交育肥猪120头,随机分成4组,每组30个重复,每个重复1头,1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%绞股蓝提取物,预试验7 d,试验期为56 d。结果表明:(1)试验3组平均日增重较1组比提高16.4%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组平均采食量均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3组料重比较1组比降低11.8%(P <0.05);(2)试验3、4组血清中IgG、IgA、IL-2的含量较1组比分别提高19.1%、16.8%、13.0%、13.8%、16.6%、14.8%(P <0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中IgM、IL-6含量均高于1组(P> 0.05);(3)试验3、4组猪毛利润最高,分别为579.27、542.78元/头,试验3、4组毛利润较1组比分别提高40.2%、 31.4%。综上,不同水平绞股蓝提取物添加可以提高育肥猪生长性能、免疫机能及经济效益,以1.5%添加为宜。
In order to evaluate the effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract on growth performance,immune function and economic benefit of finishing pigs,In the experiment,120 pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,30 replicates in each group,1 pig ineach replicate.Group 1 was the control group and fed basic diet.In the experiment,1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract were added to the 2,3 and 4 components.The pre experiment lasted for 7 days and experiment period 56 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of group 3 was 16.4%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the average intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05),the feed weight of group 3 was 11.8%lower than that of group 1;(2)The content of IgG,IgA and IL-2 in serum of groups 3 and 4 was 19.1%,16.8%,13.0%,13.8%,16.6%and 14.8%higher than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05),The content of IgM and IL-6 in the serum of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);(3)The gross profit of group 3 and group 4 was the highest(579.27,542.78 yuan/head,respectively).The gross profit of group 3 and group 4 was 40.2%and 31.4%higher than that of group 1.Conclusion:the addition of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract at different levels could improve the growth performance,immune function and economic benefit of finishing pigs,and 1.5%was suitable.
