新时代基层社会治理面临的困难及出路——以浙江省N市W公安派出所为例

DIFFICULTIES AND SOLUTIONS FOR BASIC SOCIAL GOVERNANCE IN THE NEW ERA——FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GRASS-ROOTS POLICE STATION

新时代,我国基层政府在推进社会治理的过程中,仍然面临着事务繁多、人员不足、权力小责任大、人民群众满意度不高等突出难题,这些问题在基层公安派出所都有集中体现。为了改变这一现状,推进基层社会治理现代化,必须进一步把社会治理和服务重心向基层下移,把更多资源下沉到基层,构建简约高效的基层管理体制和组织架构,调动社会力量和市场力量,构建共建共治共享的社会治理格局。

In the new era, China’s grassroots governments are still facing many problems in the process of promoting social governance.Outstanding problems such as numerous affairs, insufficient staff, low power, great responsibility, and low satisfaction of the people are reflected in grass-roots police stations. The government should further transfer resources for social governance and social services to the grassroots. The government needs to build an efficient grassroots management system and stimulate market and social forces.
