柳树种质资源研究进展

Research Progress of Willow Germplasm Resources

种质资源是品种选育的物质基础。近年来,国内外关于柳树种质资源的研究取得了许多关键性进展。总结了近年来柳树种质资源的收集保存现状、遗传多样性和亲缘关系、遗传图谱构建、核心种质构建方面的主要研究进展,为有效保护和合理利用柳树种质资源,开展柳树遗传育种研究工作提供参考。

Germplasm resource is a material basis of variety breeding.In recent years,much key progress has been made in the reseraches of willow germplasm resources at home and abroad.In this paper,the present situation of collection and conservation,genetic diversity and relationship,genetic map construction and core collection construction of willow germplasm resources in recent years were summarized to provide references for effective protection and rational utilization,research on genetic breeding of willow germplasm resources.
