摘要
[目的]评价西草净原药对斑马鱼的毒性。[方法]以斑马鱼为研究对象,将其暴露在不同浓度的西草净中,观察中毒症状及死亡情况,计算其半致死浓度(LC 50)和安全浓度(SC)。[结果]暴露时间为24、48、72、96 h时的LC 50分别为9.984、8.397、7.923、7.923 mg/L,安全浓度分别为0.9984、0.9397、0.7923、0.7923 mg/L,参照GB/T 31270.12—2014,西草净对斑马鱼属于中毒农药。[结论]西草净对斑马鱼具有一定的影响,应科学合理的使用,避免进入水体。
[Objective]To evaluate the toxicity of simetryn to zebrafish.[Method]Taking zebrafish as the research object,it was exposed to simetryn of different concentrations,the symptoms of poisoning and death were observed,and the semi-lethal concentration(LC 50)and safe concentration(SC)were calculated.[Result]The LC 50 at exposure times of 24,48,72,and 96 h were 9.984,8.397,7.923,and 7.923 mg/L,and the safe concentrations were 0.9984,0.9397,0.7923,and 0.7923 mg/L,respectively.According to GB/T 31270.12-2014,simetryn was toxic to zebrafish.[Conclusion]Simetryn has certain influence on zebrafish,so it should be used scientifically and reasonably to avoid entering water.
