摘要
江苏某蛋鸡场发生体外寄生虫感染,经临检症状观察及镜检疑似鸡皮刺螨病。根据GenBank中已登录的鸡皮刺螨基因组18S rRNA、ITS、28S rRNA基因的序列设计1对引物,采用PCR方法及测序鉴定确诊该体外寄生虫为鸡皮刺螨。对18S rRNA、ITS、28S rRNA基因序列进行了比对分析,并给出了治疗和防控建议。
An ectoparasite infection occurred in a laying hen farm in Jiangsu Province.It was suspected to be Dermanyssus gallinae disease by clinical inspection and microscopically observation.A pair of primers were designed based on the 18S rRNA,ITS,28S rRNA sequence of D.gallinae registered in GenBank.The ectoparasite was identified to be D.gallinae by PCR and sequencing.The sequences of 18S rRNA,ITS,28S rRNA were compared and analyzed,and some treatment and recommendations of control measures were given.
